Mid-Hudson Valley NY Sangha practicing in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our weekly practice includes sitting and walking meditations, Dharma Sharing in the form of a reading and the practice of mindful speech and deep listening. In our monthly Day of Mindfulness, we also enjoy extended practices like Mindful Movement, Dyad Sharing, Plum Village Dharma Talks, communal Mindful Eating, Deep Relaxation, and Outdoor walking meditation.
